About Drew
I’m a 2010 graduate of the Savannah College of Art and Design. Currently I’m the artist and co- creator of CANTO, a critically acclaimed all ages fantasy comic. The book was recently optioned by Will and Jada Pinket Smith’s production company, WESTBROOK. I’m currently serving as an Executive Producer on the project. I also was part of the founding artist streaming team for WHATNOT, a live auction streaming app. Currently I’m working on a series of CANTO projects as well as preparing to launch a crowdfunding campaign for a separate project.

While taking AP art I had an opportunity to explore the art that I wanted to try. It was my first real introduction into trying to make comics. While I wouldn’t say I was successful, the class helped give me a starting point and solid foundation for when I arrived at SCAD. This foundation became crucial for me as I furthered my education.
